Our BluBags™ are a bit more expensive then you might find at your local grocer or specialty store. But, the bags themselves were just as important to me as the causes they would support. As I looked for a manufacturer for these special bags, there were a few things that were very important. First, that they were made in the most environmentally responsible and sustainable manner from a natural fiber that was not harmful to the environment. That is how I decided to choose certified organic cotton as opposed to recycled plastic. Certified organic cotton is grown in the most environmentally responsible manner, in a synthetic pesticide-free, crop rotated process that ensures sustainability. Secondly, I wanted bags made, start to finish, in the USA. your BluBag™ is made 100% right here in the USA, by a woman-owned company. Each bag is made, literally and lovingly, "one bag at a time". There is attention to detail and careful crafsmanship that will ensure your BluBag™ will last for many years and many trips to the store, the beach, the office and much more.
